Job purpose

Responsible to prepare, maintain and manage of packaging documentation for all products. This role will ensure that packaging materials, specification, new products internal onboarding to meet regulatory, company, and customer requirement. This role will build Bill of Materials documents for all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

The associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Create, update, and manage packaging documentation, including specifications, packaging fact sheet, bartender label, and bill of materials to support internal onboarding for new products or changes on the existing products.
  • Ensure that all packaging-related documentation aligns with regulatory, company and customer specifications.
  • Assist the Labelling Compliance Coordinator by ensuring artwork, labelling, and packaging comply with industry standards through approval process.
  • Arrange physical artwork samples to be signed off and distributed to relevant stakeholders for review.
  • Ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible.
  • Manage production packing configuration information, working closely with cross functional teams to ensure packaging compliance and alignment with external and internal requirements.
  • Manage and Create Bartender Case Label.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive records of all changes related to the bill of materials (BOM).
  • Liaised with internal and external stakeholders to ensure information accuracy within tracking systems.
  • Support initiatives to optimize packaging, reduce costs, and improve sustainability.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
  • Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
  • Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in packaging science, food science, regulatory affairs, or other quantitative discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in packaging, labelling, or documentation management within Food& Beverage Company or equivalent manufacture experience.
  • Hands-on experience working in a GMP environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of regulatory requirements across different markets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage cross-functional collaboration and multiple projects.
  • Ability to utilize the applications for Microsoft Office for support, reporting and documentation.
  • Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to work around problems and come up with creative solutions.
  • Orientation towards a continuous improvement culture.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
